Fleet Chat Success!

Thanks to everyone who attended the big chat last night in the RF chat room. And spankings to everyone else :)

I feel like we got a lot discussed and out in the open. It's nice to have these chats with your members. I look forward to doing that sort of thing again in the future.

Furthering the spirit of communication that we touched on during the chat I'd like to propose to you all that we make these chats a regular event. I believe if we schedule a chat for the 1st of every month that would give us a good, solid day to remember. Additionally, since the 1st of the month comes on a different day of the week every month we maximize the possibility that everyone might be able to come.

For example: If you can't come on Dec 1st because it's a Tuesday then you might be able to come on Jan 1st, which is a Friday. Do you see what I mean?

Perhaps we could also have a chat in the middle of the month? The chat on the 1st could be at 10am and the middle of the month chat could be at 10pm.

Rotating days and times like that would give us a good selection of chat events. Although you couldn't attend one you might be able to attend the next one two weeks from then.

This is a reminder to all Raptor Fleet members that the current character limit is set to four. You may a maximum of four characters in the fleet at any one time. We wish to provide the best roleplaying experience as possible for our members. As such, we recognize that with more characters that one has the more difficult it is to keep up with your responsibilities.

If you wish to have more than four characters you must first seek special dispensation. We will take your request for a fifth character seriously and review your activity on your current ships, etc.

Writers of Raptor Fleet!
As you hopefully know, in an attempt to boost membership within the fleet we came up with a competition in an attempt to lure participation from other writers in an attempt to build up numbers!
